June Macon

June has been revolutionizing our social media endeavors since she first walked through the Mack Web Solutions door and her sunny smile disappeared behind a storm-cloud-meets-school-marm scowl. (“What do you mean, you’re not on Twitter?”)

Since that fateful day in early 2012, June has brought her strong background in public relations and marketing not only to our internal social strategies & engagement, but also to those we develop for our clients. She also handles our local search and does some project management on the side. Just for fun, you understand.

In other words, she’s pretty much a shining figure out of myth and lore to her wide-eyed and awestruck co-workers.

And it works out pretty well for her, too, given that she’d be spending all day on social media even if she wasn’t getting paid for it. She has a passion for all things social and brings her energy, creativity, and communication skills to everything she does here at Mack Web.

And - as is not surprising from someone so enthusiastic about social engagement - June also really likes people. She makes a point of personally connecting with our clients and making sure they have everything they need to be comfortable in their own social media endeavors. (Though we’ve learned, through trial and error, that she draws the line at peeled grapes. Which are kinda gross anyway).

And not only are you in friendly hands when you get to work with June, you’re in qualified hands as well. She has a B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Adult Education and Training.

This means that not only does she understand how to reach people through word and deed, she knows how to explain it to others, too. (And by “others” we mean people like you, rather than the decidedly enigmatic faction from Lost).

Beyond her generally positive demeanor and crazy mad skillz (yes, that “z” is intended satirically), June also brings into the Mack Web family fold her husband Gerald and son Price.
